In response to unauthorized notices and claims recently published on external digital platforms including websites impersonating us, The Miss Universe Organization (MUO) issues this official advisory to confirm our legitimate corporate governance, authorized executive leadership, and authentic institutional channels.
Reaffirmation of Official Channels & Brand Ownership
The Miss Universe Organization confirms that www.missuniverse.com and its verified global platforms remain the exclusive, authentic digital properties and official voice of the Miss Universe brand.
External websites claiming administrative authority, asserting changes in brand ownership, or issuing notices contrary to our official releases are unauthorized and have no legal standing to represent or bind the Miss Universe Organization.
Confirmation of Corporate Authority & Executive Leadership
To provide clarity to all stakeholders, commercial partners, and national directors, the Organization formally reaffirms the active roles and authorized authority of its executive leadership:
- Mr. Monil Hathi – Managing Director – Miss Universe Organization
Duly designated under current Board Resolutions and corporate filings as the authorized signatory for contracting entities, including JKN Legacy, Inc. and JKN Universe LLC d/b/a Miss Universe Organization.
- Mr. Pavan Misra – Director of Broadcast and Sales – Miss Universe Organization
Designated commercial lead overseeing broadcasting rights, sponsorship agreements, digital voting, host country partnerships, and commercial collaborations for the 75th Miss Universe Competition.
Confirmation of Mr. Nawat Itsaragrisil as Chief Executive Officer of Miss Universe Eastern
Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Miss Universe Eastern, leading operations and development across 95 participating countries, and working alongside senior management to advance the organization’s international growth.
Recent external statements disputing these corporate roles or mischaracterizing Mr. Itsaragrisil’s leadership mandate as merely a national license holder are factually inaccurate and do not reflect the recognized corporate resolutions and executive structure of the Organization.

- Ownership & Governance Structure: Under established Shareholders’ Agreements, Operating Agreements, and duly adopted Board Resolutions, the corporate structure is governed on an equal 50% / 50% ownership basis. Both parties hold legitimate ownership rights and operational authority as defined by these governing legal documents.
- Verification of Directives: Broadcasters, sponsors, and national directors should ignore any notices, instructions, or claims sent from unofficial websites or email domains except @missuniverse.com.
- Official Contacts: All official correspondence, licensing inquiries, and commercial matters must be directed exclusively through official email addresses ending in @missuniverse.com.
