Monil has held senior leadership positions with organizations including Hewlett-Packard, iGATE Global Solutions, Orion Systems Integrators, QX Global Group, befree Global and Pacific Global Solutions, leading marketing, business development and growth initiatives across international markets.
LEADERSHIP AT MISS UNIVERSE ORGANIZATION
As Executive Director of JKN Legacy, Inc. and Managing Director of Miss Universe East, Monil brings his international experience in strategy, marketing, commercial development and stakeholder engagement to support the organization’s continued global growth.
His focus is to strengthen the MUO network, create greater value for National Directors and partners, develop new commercial opportunities, and build stronger regional and international collaborations.
Mr. Hathi will work closely with Stakeholders, Business Partners, Broadcasters, Sponsors, and National Directors, with a focus on building a stronger, more connected and commercially sustainable organization—one that creates meaningful opportunities for its partners while strengthening the global presence and long-term value of the Miss Universe brand.
