Since June 2024, Abhisheik Sharma has served as Director of IT, supporting the organization’s technology infrastructure, digital systems, information security and IT requirements across its global network.
His role includes the planning, management and continuous improvement of technology systems, including digital platforms, cloud services, business applications, websites, data and access management, technology governance and technical support.
He also applies his knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and automation to improve workflows, productivity, decision support and the effective use of information, with attention to security, governance and responsible implementation.
