The Miss Universe Organization informs the public, media outlets, and the international community that the Beyond the Crown Program is a service oriented institutional initiative created to foster social impact, leadership, and meaningful partnerships with charitable organizations around the world to promote education, health, inclusion, and support for children. We value integrity and fairness.
Regarding the selection committee of the Beyond the Crown Program, the Miss Universe Organization clarifies that this eight person committee operates entirely independently from the official Miss Universe judging panel. This committee does not evaluate the performance of the delegates during the Seventy Four Miss Universe competition, nor do its decisions grant any additional points toward the final results. All delegates are considered winners for their own commitment and leadership, and for this reason the organization seeks to recognize and support the causes they represent locally and potentially reach more communities through this program.
Delegates participating in the Beyond the Crown Program do not receive personal monetary awards or benefits in kind. Any recognition derived from this initiative is granted solely to the charitable institutions and social organizations supported by each delegate as part of her personal commitment to meaningful causes with real social impact.
The Miss Universe Organization expresses its profound gratitude to fans around the world and invites them to continue enjoying, through the official Miss Universe application, the videos that the delegates have shared with the public. Each of these stories reflects genuine service, dedication, and inspiring leadership. We also value the commitment and contributions of each member of the selection committee and each delegate participating in the Beyond the Crown Program.
