Colborn is also working with Smile Train’s community fundraising department where she helps organize and develop new campaigns. Miss Teen USA 2017 Sophia Dominguez-Heithoff has found herself working in the country’s largest office for international and diplomatic affairs, interning with the U.S. Department of State in the U.S. Mission to the United Nations.
