Tania Lola De Los Santos is a woman who does not give up. She is 23-years-old from Paysandú and studies human resources while working as a community manager in her hometown.
Lola is deeply passionate about the environment and raises awareness about ways to live sustainably and promotes volunteer events to help clean the oceans.
Lola is a proud advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and works to create equality and job opportunities.
Like many young people, Lola was bullied as a child and suffered from online harassment. She now volunteers for organizations that prevent bullying and encourages children and young adults to care for each other.
Lola studies human resources, it is her vocation.
She's always loved skateboarding and skating and is currently learning to surf.
Lola works on television in a recognized program in her country, "Deal Done."
