Michelle has had a 25 year career as a television host, emcee speaker, entrepreneur and philanthropist. She started modeling international at 13 years, and went on to win the Miss Universe title in 1992, at the age of 19 years for Namibia. In her year she founded the Michelle McLean Children Trust which has initiated hundreds of projects over the past 26 years, including 10 projects for celebrities, Angelia Jolie and Brad Pitt. Apart from the Michelle McLean Primary School, outside the capital city, Windhoek, that provides education for over 900 children every year, since 2000, she also has a Children’s ward, at the Central Hospital in Namibia In addition, the Michelle McLean School of Excellence, provides, scholarships, entrepreneurial and financial skills training to thousands of students.
