Sichen Jiang, who also goes by Alice, was previously an investment banking analyst and has also worked as a valuation and modeling analyst in merger and acquisition department. She graduated from the University of Cambridge in Real Estate Finance and the University of Manchester in Accounting and Finance. She volunteered as tutor and educated many kids in rural areas. During the pandemic, she worked as a volunteer on the front lines of the fight against COVID-19. She also joined a non-profit organization, CYOT(China Youth of Tomorrow) to serve ambitious, low-income, first-generation college students.
