Ona Moody is passionate about dancing, self-development, and helping others. She holds a degree in Dancing and Dance Teaching from the Lucia Marthas Institute for Performing Arts as well as a certificate to be a maternity nurse.

She finds mental health extremely important as she herself has struggled with depression. Her father is from Zimbabwe and her mother is Dutch and because she helms from two different cultures she thinks diversity and equal opportunities for everyone are very important. She wants to create more awareness about these two topics.

Ona is advocate for Hulphond Netherlands and the Make-A-Wish organization. She teaches dance to underprivileged kids and wants to continue sharing her very important polycystic ovary syndrome story and help educate and bring together other women.
