Ida Anette Hauan enjoyed a warm and healthy childhood in a small community in Norway which has become the foundation to her down to earth personality. Living a healthy lifestyle is very important to her, and she enjoys training, cooking her own healthy food, connecting with the beautiful Norwegian nature, and surrounding herself with the company of her close friends and family. Connecting with those close to her is her favorite way to recharge from the every day hustle and bustle of life.

She has always been interested in keeping the environment clean. From a young age, she would go with her friends to clean the shores, bicycled instead of drove, and recycled clothing. She loves the arts and was a member of her school band playing the trumpet and clarinet.

She decided to become an electrician at age 16 to embrace the boyish side of her personality, but later decided that helping people in need is her true passion. Because of this, she became a counselor for mental health and substance abuse.

She loves animals and volunteers at Myas animal shelter in addition to having two cats at home.
