MEET HRAFNHILDUR
Hrafnhildur (pronounced raap-hildur) Haraldsdóttir is currently a third year biology student at the Commercial College of Iceland. She was born and raised in Reykjavik but has family in the Westfjords. She has always loved the outdoors and the Icelandic countryside.
Haraldsdóttir loves to travel abroad and has visited all 6 inhabited continents. Her easy smile, positive outlook, and talkative nature makes it easy for her to make new friends wherever she goes. Haraldsdóttir has her goal set on studying medicine after graduation and to one day become a surgeon specializing in reconstructive surgeries for burn victims and/or children with cleft/lip palates.
Her hobbies include figure skating, skiing, snowboarding, and playing the piano. She actively volunteers at beach clean-ups and serves as a new student ambassador for her school. Her passions include raising awareness and funds for the Josh Neuman Foundation and the Grensas Support Society, an Icelandic hospital for rehabilitation after physical injury/trauma.
