Georgina Kerford has always had a passion for the arts and has trained as a dancer for 15 years. Her enthusiasm and passion extend to her entire community; as she feels we must uplift those in vulnerable circumstances.
At the age of 16 she received her "Stewards of Children" Training Certificate through the Darkness To Light Program; an organization that is a leader in child sexual abuse prevention, advocacy for behavioral impact, education, and training. Georgina strongly believes that education and mental health go hand in hand. She works closely with the Alex Panton
Foundation, an education-based NPO that raises awareness for mental health issues and suicidal ideation and provides free education and resources to those struggling. Additionally, she is an advocate for domestic and sexual abuse prevention, using her voice, education, and platform to give a voice to the silenced and empower others to stand together in solidarity with these survivors. Ms. Kerford hopes that one day everyone will have access to the same resources and education, as this is the way we bridge the gap to a brighter future for all.
I've danced for 15 years and have studied over 10 styles of dance!
I am the youngest Miss Cayman Islands Universe in the last 3 decades. This was the first pageant I've ever entered and have been blessed enough to win the title!
I received my "Stewards of Children" Training Certificate through the Darkness To Light program when I was only 16 years old.
