For the last decade the USA hasn't been so lucky at Miss Universe. Titleholders Black, and White have pretty much been the same. We need a young lady that sports a different mind set, but yet beautiful. She needs a passion that will be for the benefit of others. A charity would be great. We need to get the judges interest. A lady Basketball player would be great. One that is tom boyish, but strikingly beautiful, and articulate. She must have a youthful personality, and wear the crap out of an evening gown
