Rea Bavilla was raised in a village on a picturesque lake near the Wood-Tikchik park in Southwest Alaska. Rea graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle with a degree in fashion marketing and design. While running the Education and Training Department at the largest non-profit health organization in Alaska, she submitted work toward a degree in organizational management.
Rea has over 20 years of pageant experience, and is a previous Miss Alaska USA titleholder, and is now the owner of the Miss Alaska USA Pageants with national placements. The pageant has successfully empowered, developed, and provided many opportunities for young women in Alaska.
Rea is also a business consultant, and along with her fiancé, they have developed and managed properties and have recently invested in more real estate development projects and an aircraft leasing company.
