Gabrielle Neilan is a 22-year-old native from Gresham, Oregon. In 2011, Gabrielle graduated from West Coast Phlebotomy and is now a certified Phlebotomy Technician. Family means everything to Gabrielle and she loves spending time with them. She also enjoys staying active by hiking the beautiful Pacific Northwest as well as dancing away in her weekly Zumba classes.
Gabrielle entered the pageant world as a teenager. After finishing runner-up several times, her tenacious attitude led her to achieve the Miss Oregon USA 2013 title. Gabrielle genuinely loves to share her story and inspire others to always dream big and never give up.
Gabrielle is involved with three prominent organizations: "It only takes one drop," a non-profit organization that brings awareness and minimizes the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS, My Father's House, a homeless shelter in Oregon, and the Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization as a big sister.

Gabrielle received “The Pickle Award” in Phlebotomy school. Giving someone the pickle means giving them the best customer service.
Gabrielle is currently fighting her own battle against Thyroid Cancer and knows how many lives she can touch by sharing her story.
Gabrielle’s mother, Josie, is the most influential person is her life because she taught her that you can do anything you set your mind to.
