Ana Paula Junqueira is a businesswoman. She is an ambassador of goodwill and president of the League of the Brazilian Women Voters (LIBRA) in São Paulo. Ana always knew how to fight in order to achieve her goals. In 1994, 2002 and 2010, she went into politics. She was a candidate for office, and although she was not elected, she kept firm on her purpose of running for office. In her opinion, politics must be elaborated considering the society as a whole. She is committed to find solutions for a fairer world for all: children, youth, men, women and elderly. Her motto has always been, "If you want to change the world, start with yourself." This motto becomes more relevant when related to the environmental issues of today’s world. "If we don't do something now, a healthy life in this world may never exist. The responsibility is on each one of us, and the sincere reflection of what we want, we must make a reality. It depends also on the confidence we have on our representatives to make concrete what we expect of our future and of the future of the Planet."
