What is the craziest thing you have ever done (the more detail, the better)?
I entered the 5th grade talent show...that was my first mistake. I sang "Intuition" by Jewel, in front of around 700 elementary peers and teachers. It was an unparalleled feeling; I felt my feet freeze when I opened my mouth to sing, and that feeling moved up my body until it stopped right below my throat. I sang the entire song with a smile on my face. People came up afterwards and said, "Wow! You did great up there. You didn't even look or sound nervous!" If they only knew...
Q: Do you cook and/or bake anything? If so, what are your special dishes?
A: I cook most food in cooking wine and spices. It adds way more flavor than butter or olive oil! My signature breakfast is simmered fingerling potatoes in a sherry cooking wine, onion, and garlic sauce. This is topped with steamed spinach, sliced sauteed turkey, and two eggs broiled in Marsala cooking wine and cumin powder. Delicious!
Q: If you were handed 10 million dollars, what would you splurge on?
A: I would buy a Ferrari and paint it purple with two white racing stripes. Then buy a house in the woods with a wood fire stove in a huge kitchen. I would adopt a cougar and build a fifteen acre outdoor playground for him/her to live in. Finally, I would put 5 million towards building a really big animal shelter and adoption center!
Q: If you could meet one celebrity, who would it be and why?
A: I would love to meet Tyra Banks! She is such an inspiration, because she is not only beautiful, but genuine and not afraid to speak her mind. I could learn so much from her, from entertainment business tips to hair styling!
Q: What is unique about you (something no other contestant can say about themselves)?
A: My house is a zoo! I have twelve horses, four domesticated cats, one white fluffy Pomeranian, and a sun conure parrot named Skittles that is potty trained and makes kissing noises!
