I believe that out of the last 3, it could have been anyone of them. Dominican Rep. would have been the second from her country, and she was very beautiful. She showed personality, and personal style. Kosovo was elegant,and regal. She could have won on her class alone. Kosovo was also the second Rep. from her country to make the 5 finalist. I don't believe that the pageants are in cahoots with one another in fraud. Stephania did her job, and charmed the judges. She won!!
